G M Saiful Islam is the Chief Executive of Diverse Solutions, bringing over 15 years of professional experience with leading organizations including UNDP, BRAC, Swisscontact, Counterpart Internation and the British Council, where he led large-scale surveys, impact assessments, organization development, and governance reform initiatives.

Saiful anchors Diverse Solutions’ mission of advancing inclusive and sustainable development through data-driven strategies, organizational development, and capacity building. His expertise spans local government, livelihood, disaster management, digital transformation, governance, skills and market systems, with a strong commitment to equity and gender inclusion.

Saiful holds a Master’s in Disaster Management from the University of Dhaka and a Bachelor’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Jahangirnagar University. Known for his passion for training and knowledge-sharing, he has built the capacity of hundreds of professionals, civil society actors, and youth organizations in evidence-based decision-making and results-based management.
